Available Positions:

  1. Catering Manager – Responsible for overseeing the entire catering operation, ensuring that food preparation meets the highest standards of quality and hygiene. The manager ensures all dietary requirements are met and the food service runs smoothly and efficiently.

  2. Banquet Manager – In charge of coordinating large-scale events and banquets, managing staff, and ensuring that food and beverage services align with client expectations. The role involves meticulous planning, setup, and execution of events.

  3. Food Safety & Hygiene Manager – Ensures that all food safety standards are adhered to. This includes monitoring sanitation practices, ensuring proper storage conditions, and educating staff on safe food handling.

  4. Food Quality Assurance Manager – Focuses on maintaining food quality at all stages from procurement to serving. This manager ensures that all dishes meet quality and taste standards while maintaining consistency in food preparation.

  5. Store Manager – Responsible for managing inventory, including the ordering, storing, and distribution of food and kitchen supplies. The store manager ensures that stock levels are optimized and that no shortages affect food service operations.

  6. Catering Supervisor – Supervises the catering team, ensuring that food service is provided efficiently during events. This role involves managing staff schedules, maintaining food presentation, and ensuring timely food delivery.

  7. Kitchen Supervisor – Oversees kitchen operations, ensuring that meals are prepared to high standards while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen. Supervisors also manage kitchen staff, ensuring they follow health and safety regulations.

  8. Dining Hall Supervisor – Ensures smooth operations in the dining area. Responsibilities include managing dining hall staff, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests receive high-quality food service in a timely manner.

  9. Cleaning/Steward Supervisor – Manages the cleaning and stewarding teams, ensuring cleanliness in food preparation and dining areas. The role includes overseeing dishwashing, cleaning processes, and ensuring sanitation standards are met.

  10. Food Safety & Quality Supervisor – Ensures compliance with food safety and quality standards across all food handling and preparation areas. The role includes supervising food preparation processes and conducting regular inspections.

  11. Food Safety & Quality Officers – These officers monitor and enforce food safety protocols. They assist in inspecting food supplies and the kitchen to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the food prepared and served.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5 to 15 years of experience in the relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Excellent team leadership and communication skills
