About the Positions:

Zamil Steel, a prominent name in the structural steel industry, is hiring for various technical roles in Saudi Arabia, aiming for experienced professionals with a strong background in steel structural fabrication. Candidates with experience in companies like Hidada, L&T, Tema, Vijay Tanks, or Godrej are preferred. The final client interviews are scheduled in various locations across India.

Available Roles and Key Responsibilities:

1. Electronic Engineers (PLC/CNC)
   Role: Manage, program, and troubleshoot PLC and CNC systems within the production line.
   Responsibilities: Ensure efficient operation of electronic systems, perform regular maintenance, and resolve technical issues in automated machinery.

2. Electro-Mechanical Technicians
   Role: Maintain electro-mechanical systems that drive heavy machinery.
   Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections, repair equipment, and optimize machine performance to avoid downtime.

3. Material Checkers/Controllers
   Role: Oversee the quality and quantity of materials received and used in production.
   Responsibilities: Ensure that all materials meet specifications, track inventory, and report discrepancies.

4. Structural Fabricators & Fitters
   Role: Assemble and weld structural steel components according to project requirements.
   Responsibilities: Interpret blueprints, prepare and join steel parts, and ensure the structural integrity of final assemblies.

5. 3G FCAW Welders
   Role: Execute Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) on structural components.
   Responsibilities: Perform precise welding in all positions (3G), maintain equipment, and adhere to safety protocols.

6. CNC Machine Operators
   Role: Operate CNC machines for cutting and shaping metal components.
   Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC equipment, adjust settings for material specifications, and ensure production accuracy.

7. Store Keepers
   Role: Manage inventory and supplies for production needs.
   Responsibilities: Maintain organized storage, track inventory levels, and order replacements as needed.

8. Sandblasters & Painters
   Role: Prepare and finish metal surfaces to specifications.
   Responsibilities: Perform sandblasting for cleaning and surface prep, apply paint coats for protection, and ensure durable finishes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in steel structural fabrication industries.
• Education: Relevant technical diplomas or certifications.
• Skills: Hands-on expertise in specialized areas like PLC programming, welding, CNC operation, and material handling.
