Available Job Positions & Descriptions

1. Supervisor – Hard Services/Cleaning/Pest Control
   Manage and oversee cleaning operations, pest control services, and maintenance of hard services in the facility. Candidates should have prior supervisory experience in these fields.

2. Technician – HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, and Water Systems
   Technicians specializing in HVAC systems, electrical installations, mechanical services, and water systems like plumbing. These roles require technical expertise to ensure system operations run smoothly.

3. Plumbing/Low Current-IT Systems / Elevator & Escalator Technician
   Technicians to maintain and troubleshoot plumbing systems, IT infrastructure, elevators, and escalators. Prior experience in building maintenance systems is required.

4. Kitchen Laundry & Equipment Technician / Appliances / Sliding Doors Operator
   Experts in the maintenance and repair of kitchen and laundry equipment, appliances, and sliding doors. Strong mechanical background is a plus.

5. BMS/Chiller Technician
   Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Building Management System (BMS) and chillers. Certification and experience in BMS systems are highly preferred.

6. Fire Alarm/Firefighting Technician
   Technicians responsible for fire alarm systems and firefighting equipment. Must be trained in fire safety and system maintenance.

7. Civil Technicians – Mason, Carpenter, Painter, Work Control Center Driver
   Experienced craftsperson in civil works (masonry, carpentry, painting) and a driver for work control center logistics. These roles focus on facility repairs and maintenance.

8. CS Engineer (Landscaping)
   Responsible for the upkeep of the landscape, ensuring that gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas are properly maintained.

9. Warehouse In-Charge
   Manage and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, inventory management, and logistical processes.

10. Swimming Pool & Fountain Technician
    Maintain and repair swimming pools and fountains, ensuring proper water circulation, filtration, and aesthetic features are functioning correctly.

11. Irrigation/Civil Assistant Facility Manager
    Assist with the operation of irrigation systems and overall facility management. Ideal candidates should have a solid understanding of facility operations.

12. Ride on Scrubber Machine Operator
    Operate specialized machinery for cleaning large areas within the facility, such as floor scrubbers, and maintain their functionality.

13. Asset Controller & CS Gym Trainer
    Ensure the maintenance of assets, equipment, and inventory. As a gym trainer, you will oversee fitness routines and well-being of employees.

14. Attendant – Hospitality, Barber, Multi-Skilled Technician
    Attendants for hospitality services, barbers for grooming services, and multi-skilled technicians for various maintenance and repair tasks.

15. MEP Supervisor & Soft Service Team Leader
    Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (MEP) and manage a team handling soft services like cleaning and hospitality.
