Available Positions:

1. HVAC Technician

   • Experience: Proficient in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) used in commercial or residential buildings.
   • Job Role: Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of HVAC systems, troubleshooting issues, and performing regular maintenance to maintain optimal performance and energy efficiency.

2. Chiller Technician

   • Experience: Expertise in handling chiller plants used in large facilities, including diagnosis and repairs.
   • Job Role: Maintain and repair refrigeration units and chiller systems, ensuring smooth operation in high-demand facilities, focusing on temperature regulation and energy consumption.

3. Kitchen Equipment Technician

   • Experience: Skilled in maintaining and repairing kitchen appliances and equipment.
   • Job Role: Ensure the functionality of kitchen machinery and systems, from ovens to dishwashers, focusing on quick troubleshooting and minimizing downtime in commercial kitchens.

4. Electronics Technician

   • Experience: Knowledgeable in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electronic systems and devices.
   • Job Role: Handle the electrical and electronic equipment within facilities, performing diagnostics and repairs to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.

5. MEP / Multi Technician

   • Experience: Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across facilities.
   • Job Role: Provide maintenance and troubleshooting services across MEP systems to ensure seamless operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components in large buildings and facilities.

6. Plumber

   • Experience: Skilled in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems.
   • Job Role: Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water systems, ensuring proper water flow and drainage throughout the facility. Respond to emergencies like leaks or pipe bursts and perform preventive maintenance.

7. Polisher

   • Experience: Knowledgeable in surface polishing techniques for furniture and flooring.
   • Job Role: Use polishing equipment to clean, maintain, and enhance the appearance of wood, metal, or other surfaces, ensuring that facilities present a polished and well-maintained appearance.

8. Furniture Carpenter

   • Experience: Skilled in crafting, installing, and maintaining wooden furniture and fixtures.
   • Job Role: Design and build custom furniture pieces, as well as repair and maintain existing furniture within facilities to ensure functionality and aesthetic appeal.

9. Mason

   • Experience: Experience in working with brick, stone, and concrete for construction and repairs.

10. Pump & Irrigation Technician

    • Experience: Expertise in the installation and maintenance of pumps and irrigation systems.
