Zamil Industrial, a leading industrial group in Saudi Arabia, is hiring for multiple positions in their structural steel fabrication industry. The client interview will be held on 22nd November at Little Flower Engineering Institute, Kochi. Below are the roles and responsibilities for each position:
1. Structural Fitter/Fabricator
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assembling and welding structural components made from steel, metal, or alloys.
- Fabricate and install steel components and ensure they align with engineering specifications.
- Review blueprints, drawings, and materials to meet precise measurements.
- Work in conjunction with welders and other fitters to complete projects on time.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain equipment for quality work.
Required Experience: Minimum 5 years in structural steel fabrication.
2. FCAW Welder (Flux-Cored Arc Welding)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform welding using the flux-cored arc welding method on steel components.
- Prepare surfaces and clean the welding materials.
- Ensure that welded joints meet the strength and quality standards.
- Inspect welds for defects, ensuring a high-quality finish.
- Maintain welding equipment, ensuring efficiency and safety.
Required Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in welding, preferably with FCAW technique.
3. CNC Machine Operators
Role and Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to cut and shape materials based on blueprints and designs.
- Ensure the CNC machines are properly calibrated and maintain quality control during the production process.
- Read and interpret technical drawings to adjust machines for precise measurements.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance to ensure machines function properly.
Required Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in operating CNC machines, preferably in metalworking or fabrication industries.
4. Blaster & Painter
Role and Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces of metal, steel, and other materials for painting by cleaning, sandblasting, and smoothing rough surfaces.
- Apply paint and coatings to materials using spray guns or manual methods.
- Maintain and clean equipment to ensure the proper application of finishes.
- Follow safety procedures while working with hazardous chemicals and materials.
- Inspect painted surfaces to ensure high-quality results and repair as necessary.
Required Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in blasting and painting within industrial settings.
5. Material Controller
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage the inventory of materials used for fabrication and construction.
- Track the delivery and storage of materials and ensure timely distribution to various departments.
- Maintain stock levels to ensure no disruption in the production process.
- Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure the availability of materials.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure that the materials are used efficiently and within budget.
Required Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in material management or logistics within the construction or manufacturing industries.
6. Electronics Engineer
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems and components within industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic issues that arise in machinery or equipment.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure electronic systems are functioning optimally.
- Develop and implement electrical solutions for manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies regarding electrical equipment.
Required Experience: Minimum 5 years in electronics engineering, particularly in industrial settings.
