Available Positions:

1. Electro General Foreman

   • Role: Oversees electrical systems maintenance, ensuring smooth operations and safety standards.
   • Responsibilities: Lead electrical teams, troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, and manage daily operations.

2. HVAC Foreman

   • Role: Manages HVAC maintenance, ensuring optimal system performance in various facilities.
   • Responsibilities: Supervise HVAC technicians, perform routine checks, and handle repairs.

3. Mechanical Foreman

   • Role: Ensures mechanical systems and equipment operate efficiently.
   • Responsibilities: Oversee mechanical repairs, maintenance activities, and preventive measures to minimize downtime.

4. Control Foreman

   • Role: Manages the control systems and ensures functionality in building management.
   • Responsibilities: Lead control technicians, diagnose system issues, and maintain automated systems.

5. Electrical Foreman

   • Role: Supervises electrical infrastructure to ensure consistent power supply and system reliability.
   • Responsibilities: Direct electricians, manage electrical systems maintenance, and enforce safety protocols.

6. Building Automation System (BAS) Operator

   • Role: Monitors and manages building automation systems to control HVAC, lighting, and other functions.
   • Responsibilities: Operate BAS, adjust settings, and monitor system performance.

7. Control AC Technician

   • Role: Specializes in AC systems with control components, handling maintenance and troubleshooting.
   • Responsibilities: Maintain AC units, resolve technical issues, and ensure efficient cooling.

8. AC Technician

   • Role: Manages regular upkeep of AC units for uninterrupted cooling.
   • Responsibilities: Inspect, clean, and repair air conditioning systems.

9. Operator Mechanic Technician

   • Role: Responsible for operating and servicing mechanical equipment.
   • Responsibilities: Operate machines, perform maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment issues.

10. Control Electrician

    • Role: Installs and maintains electrical control systems.
    • Responsibilities: Troubleshoot control circuits, perform repairs, and ensure system integrity.

11. Pump Mechanic

    • Role: Focuses on the maintenance and repair of pumps and related equipment.
    • Responsibilities: Inspect and repair pumps, troubleshoot issues, and ensure fluid systems function properly.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma/ITI in the relevant field
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in operation and maintenance projects within the respective industry
• Skills: Technical expertise in electrical, HVAC, mechanical, or control systems
