Available Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Structural Steel Fabricator/Fitter

   • Role: Fabricators/Fitters are responsible for cutting, shaping, and assembling structural steel components to specifications. They ensure that fabricated steel components are accurate and ready for installation.
   • Skills Required: Knowledge of reading blueprints, steel fabrication techniques, and welding processes.

2. Welder (MIG-FCAW-3G)

   • Role: Welders perform welding duties on steel structures, primarily using MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) methods. The role involves working with heavy equipment and welding on structural components.
   • Skills Required: Expertise in MIG/FCAW welding techniques, certification in welding, and experience in structural welding.

3. CNC Machine Operator (Beamlines & Plates Processing)

   • Role: CNC machine operators manage automated machinery to cut, shape, and drill structural steel beams and plates. They ensure precision in fabricating components to design specifications.
   • Skills Required: Experience with CNC machines, specifically beamlines and plate processing, and understanding of CAD/CAM software.

4. Industrial Spray Painter

   • Role: Spray painters apply coatings to steel surfaces to protect against corrosion and enhance appearance. They ensure the proper application of paints and coatings to meet industrial standards.
   • Skills Required: Expertise in industrial painting techniques, knowledge of spray equipment, and safety procedures.

5. Industrial Structural Steel Blaster

   • Role: Blasters clean and prepare steel surfaces by removing rust, dirt, and old paint using abrasive materials. This is crucial for ensuring proper adhesion of coatings and preparing surfaces for fabrication.
   • Skills Required: Experience with sandblasting or abrasive blasting equipment, knowledge of surface preparation techniques.

6. Material Checker - Shop Floor

   • Role: Material checkers inspect incoming materials and ensure that they meet the required specifications. They monitor the quality and integrity of materials before they enter the fabrication process.
   • Skills Required: Attention to detail, knowledge of material specifications, and experience in quality inspection.

7. Painter & Blaster Helper (Cell Support)

   • Role: Assist painters and blasters in their daily tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and providing additional support in the painting and blasting processes.
   • Skills Required: Basic knowledge of painting and blasting, ability to assist with setup and cleanup.

8. Production Foreman

   • Role: The Production Foreman supervises the entire production process, ensuring that fabrication is completed on time and meets quality standards. This position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
   • Skills Required: Certification in American Welding Society (AWS), experience managing production teams in fabrication environments.

9. Fabrication Foreman (Oil & Gas, Commercial Structural Steel)

   • Role: Fabrication Foreman oversees the fabrication processes specifically for oil & gas or commercial structural steel projects. They ensure safety standards are followed and that projects are delivered on schedule.
   • Skills Required: Extensive experience in structural steel fabrication, leadership skills, and experience with oil & gas or commercial projects.

10. Electronic Engineer (PLC/CNC)

    • Role: Electronic engineers working with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and CNC systems manage automation in the fabrication process, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely.
    • Skills Required: Expertise in PLC programming, CNC system operation, and troubleshooting.

11. Mechanic (Hydraulic)

    • Role: Hydraulics mechanics are responsible for maintaining and repairing hydraulic systems used in fabrication machinery and equipment.
    • Skills Required: Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, repair, and maintenance.

12. Crane Technician

13. Electro-Mechanic (Power Industrial Truck)
